Career
Carolina Müller-Möhl was born in Zurich in 1968. Since 2000, she has been President of the Müller-Möhl Group. From 1999 to 2000, Carolina was Vice Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Müller-Möhl Holding AG. After gaining her International Baccalaureate at the Salem International College Upper School in Germany, she studied politics, history and law at Heidelberg University and at the Otto-Suhr Institute of Political Science at the Freie Universität Berlin, graduating with a Master's Degree in Political Science. She went on to complete further studies at the London School of Economics and at the Europa-Institut of the University of Basel. Today, alongside her various Board of Director memberships, Carolina is also highly committed to addressing socio-political concerns. Her particular focus in this regard is on education policy and gender issues.

Career
Edda Katan was born in Olten in 1940. Since 1975, she has been working at a group practice as a therapist for individuals, couples and families.
In addition, Edda runs her own company specialising in consultancy, coaching and supervision (CCI). Since 1978, she has been running further development seminars and courses for doctors, psychologists and teachers. Edda worked as a lecturer at the IAP (now the School of Applied Psychology at Zurich University), at Pro Juventute and at Pestalozzianum Zurich. For several years, she was also a member of various executive boards (business and healthcare).
Following her basic training as a librarian/bookseller, Edda worked as a librarian and television editor. In 1974, she completed her second degree in psychology at the School of Applied Psychology at Zurich University, acquiring the additional title of psychotherapist with Swiss SPV/SBAP professional qualifications.

Career
Dr. Felix R. Ehrat is an attorney-at-law and partner in the Zurich-based law firm Bär & Karrer AG. He is a Senior Partner at the firm and also Chairman of its Board of Directors. He studied at the universities of Zurich and Lausanne, gained his LL.M. degree from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento/California and has experience of working in law firms in the US and Italy. He was born in Schaffhausen/Switzerland in 1957.
His legal practice focuses on corporate law and mergers & acquisitions. He also regularly acts as an arbitrator in international proceedings. Furthermore, he is a member of several professional national and international associations.
Felix has a great deal of experience as the Chairman and member of the Board of Directors of listed and non-listed companies in Switzerland and abroad.

Career
Professor Peter Forstmoser, born 1943, studied at Zurich University (gaining his doctorate in 1970) and at the Harvard Law School (gaining his LL.M. in 1972).
In 1971, he became an attorney and tenured professor. From 1974 to 2008, he was Professor of Private, Commercial and Capital Market Law at Zurich University's faculty of Law and Political Science. Since 1975, he has been a partner of the Zurich-based law firm Niederer Kraft & Frey.
Peter is either chairman, vice-chairman or a member of various boards, among them Hesta AG, Zug, Mikron Holding AG, Biel, and PSP Swiss Property AG, Zug. From 2000 to 2009, he was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Swiss Re. He is a member of various foundation boards and, in particular, has been Vice President of the Gebert Rüf Foundation since its formation in 1997.
Peter has published numerous works, in particular on company law and specifically on stock corporation law as well as on capital market law. From 1973-2000, he was editor of the Swiss Lawyers' Review.

Career
Dr. Christoph Hott wurde 1961 in Aldekerk (D) geboren. Nach seinem Studium der Volkswirtschaft mit den Schwerpunkten Geldpolitik und Kapitalmarkttheorie an der Universität Saarbücken promovierte er dort am Lehrstuhl Wirtschafts- und Arbeitsmarktpolitik. Im Anschluss daran wechselte er in die Volkswirtschaftliche Abteilung der Deutschen Bundesbank, wo er mit Fragen der Konjunkturprognose und der Geldmengensteuerung betraut war.
1993 wechselte Dr. Hott zur Deutschen Bank, wo er als stellvertretender Chief Investment Officer für die Asset Allocation und später für das Produktmanagement im Private Banking zuständig war. 1999 trat er der deutschen Privatbank Sal. Oppenheim Jr. & Cie. bei und verantwortete dort in Privatkundenbereich zunächst die Anlagestrategie, das Portfoliomanagement sowie die Produktentwicklung im Segment der liquiden Vermögensanlage.
Im Anschluss übernahm Dr. Hott die Funktion des Chief Investment Officer für Alternative Investments. Während dieser Zeit entwickelte er mit einem hoch spezialisierten Team Alternative Anlageprodukte sowohl im institutionellen Bereich als auch für Privatkunden. Am 1. September 2010 übernahm er die Funktion des CEO bei der Müller-Möhl Group.
